Swansea City manager Garry Monk has revealed that Michu is no closer to agreeing a move away from the Liberty Stadium.
Michu made the perfect start to life in South Wales when he scored 22 goals in all competitions during the 2012-13 campaign, but injuries and poor form ensured that he quickly fell down the pecking order.
The Spanish forward made just five appearances in all competitions while on loan at Napoli last season, and Monk claims that he still expects him to leave before the end of the transfer window.
"I think it's as it was. Obviously we're negotiating with his representatives and we've said that over the last few weeks and I think it's still the same," the Swansea boss told reporters.
"Obviously there's different clubs supposedly [interested] but there's been nothing concrete at all."
It was rumoured earlier this summer that Rayo Vallecano were keen to re-sign the 29-year-old.
