Watford midfielder Almen Abdi has returned to training for the Hornets after overcoming a shoulder injury.
The 28-year-old has been out of action for a month since damaging his shoulder in the 2-2 draw against Nottingham Forest.
He only made nine league starts last season because of a foot injury and is happy to be fully fit once more.
"I was really feeling very good when I got injured again, and it was really frustrating because I lost my rhythm a little bit," he told the club website.
"But you can't do anything, you just have to think positive and work hard.
"I don't think I lost too much rhythm, and now I have this international break to keep my fitness, to strengthen my shoulder, and hopefully it will be my last injury for a while."
Abdi initially joined Watford on loan from Udinese in 2012 before signing a permanent deal a year later. He is under contract until the end of next season.
