West Ham United have travelled without manager Sam Allardyce for their Premier League match against Swansea City this afternoon because of illness.
The 60-year-old has been battling a chest infection, forcing him to miss this afternoon's clash at the Liberty Stadium.
The club confirmed that assistant manager Neil McDonald will take charge of the team this afternoon while Allardyce recuperates.
A win for West Ham could move them up to fifth in the table.
