Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Kevin McDonald has signed a new three-year contract with the Black Country outfit.
The 26-year-old extends his previous deal, which was due to expire at the end of the season, by two years.
McDonald joined Wolves from Sheffield United in 2013 and has made 98 appearances for the club in all competitions.
He failed to score a Championship goal last term, but has already opened his account this season with a pinpoint strike against Queens Park Rangers last month.
Wolves boss Kenny Jackett told the club website: "I am sure now he can settle down, produce his best form and get back to what he has been over the last couple of seasons to help Wolves move up the table.
"The fact that he knows he is here and beyond this season is really good news."
McDonald becomes the third player to sign a new contract at Molineux this week, following Matt Doherty and James Henry.
