Sale Sharks winger Tom Brady believes that he is finally back on track following a dip in form.
The 22-year-old has been hampered by injuries and a suspension during the Sharks' season, which has left the club five points clear of the bottom in the Aviva Premiership table.
"It's been a difficult season for all of us at the club and no-one would say it's been a stand-out year for them but for myself I've found it pretty tough at times," Brady told the Manchester Evening News.
"From being voted young player of the year at the club and winning awards, it's been the other end of the scale. In fact this season I think I've picked up as many yellow cards as tries!
"But I think I'll become a better person and a better player for what's happened this season. I've had a tough couple of months and it's been a complete reversal from last season."
Sharks have four games left to play in their campaign.
