World number one Novak Djokovic is fit to compete in the Paris Masters despite fears that he could pull out with a recurring shoulder injury.
The US Open champion was a doubt for the final Masters competition after suffering shoulder pain during his semi-final defeat to Kei Nishikori in Basel at the weekend.
Despite considering dropping out of the tournament, the 24-year-old will compete for a £1m cash bonus.
Djokovic is due to face Croatian Ivan Dodig in round two in the French capital this afternoon.
