Arsenal team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Chelsea

Sports Mole rounds up all of Arsenal's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Sunday's Premier League London derby with Chelsea.

Arsenal will go in search of a third successive Premier League win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge when they tackle their London rivals in Sunday lunchtime's derby.

The Gunners maintained their two-point lead over Manchester City at the top of the table last weekend, putting five past Nottingham Forest without reply at the Emirates.

Mikel Arteta's side head into the derby on the back of a nervy 1-0 win over FC Zurich in the Europa League, which saw them finish top of Group A and advance directly to the last 16.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Arsenal's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the clash with Chelsea, who are sixth in the rankings and 10 points worse off than the Gunners.

Takehiro Tomiyasu was introduced as a second-half substitute in the win over Zurich but had to come off in the dying embers with a muscular problem. The severity of the right-back's issue is still unclear, but he has emerged as a major doubt for Sunday's game.

Emile Smith Rowe remains on the long road to recovery following groin surgery, and the England international is aiming to be back in training next month.
