Loic Remy could make Chelsea debut against Swansea City

Jose Mourinho reveals that Loic Remy could make his Chelsea debut against Swansea City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has revealed that Loic Remy could make his debut against Swansea City tomorrow.

The Frenchman signed for the Blues from Queens Park Rangers on the penultimate day of the summer transfer window.

Remy was close to joining Liverpool earlier in the window, but the Reds opted to pull out of a deal without giving a definitive explanation as to why the move did not go through.

In this afternoon's press conference, Mourinho stated that Remy could make his first appearance as a Chelsea player when the Blues play Swansea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Mourinho also claimed that Diego Costa has a chance of playing tomorrow, despite suffering a hamstring problem while on international duty with Spain.
