West Ham United are reportedly considering a deadline-day move for Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori.
The 22-year-old has played just 44 minutes of Premier League action so far this season and last started a top-flight game in February - those being his only two league appearances of 2020 so far.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is keen to trim his squad on deadline day following a big-spending summer in which a number of players, including defenders Thiago Silva, Malang Sarr and Ben Chilwell, have arrived.
However, Tiemoue Bakayoko is the only player the Blues have managed to offload so far, with Antonio Rudiger's proposed move to either Tottenham Hotspur, AC Milan or Roma among the deals to have collapsed.
The Daily Mail reports that the failure to offload Rudiger has led to Chelsea considering a loan exit for Tomori, with West Ham interested in the defender.
Hammers boss David Moyes has been in the market for defensive reinforcements this summer but has seen deals for James Tarkowski, Wesley Fofana and Nikola Milenkovic fall through.
The transfer window for deals between international and top-flight clubs closes at 11pm tonight.
