Napoli and Inter Milan meet at the Stadio San Paolo this weekend as both sides look for a vital win to boost their hopes of a Champions League place.
Napoli are third in the Serie A table, one place above Inter, but have a four point lead over them in the standings.
They were knocked out of the Champions League in midweek, despite beating Arsenal 2-0, and will be aiming to get their league form back on track after throwing away a two-goal lead in their 3-3 draw with Udinese last weekend.
Inter are unbeaten in their last eight Serie A fixtures, but have drawn their last three league games to fall 12 points behind leaders Juventus.
Pepe Reina and Marek Hamsik are doubtful for the home side, after missing the European match against Arsenal.
Inter Milan have no fresh injury worries, but are still without long-term absentees Walter Samuel, Zdravko Kuzmanovic, McDonald Mariga, Cristian Chivu and Diego Milito.
