Nottingham Forest and Ipswich Town announce their starting lineups for Monday's FA Cup fifth-round fixture at the City Ground.

Nottingham Forest and Ipswich Town have announced their teams for Monday's FA Cup fifth-round fixture at the City Ground.

Nuno Espirito Santo has generally heavily rotated his starting lineup for cup ties this campaign, a consequence of Forest challenging for Champions League qualification.

However, the Portuguese has opted to make just the six alterations on this occasion, with Taiwo Awoniyi the most notable inclusion after his recent concussion and broken nose.

Morato and Alex Moreno have been drafted in at centre-back and left-back respectively, while Danilo, Ryan Yates and Ibrahim Sangare have all been included in central midfield.

Neco Williams, Nikola Milenkovic, Nicolas Dominguez, Elliot Anderson, Morgan Gibbs-White and Chris Wood are the players to drop out.

How many changes have Ipswich made?

Meanwhile, Ipswich boss Kieran McKenna has made as many as eight alterations from the team that started the 3-2 reverse at Manchester United on Wednesday.

Only goalkeeper Alex Palmer, defender Axel Tuanzebe and midfielder Sam Morsy have retained their places in the side.

With Ben Johnson capable of playing at right-back or right-midfield, it is unclear whether McKenna has retained a back three or switched to a defensive four.

Nottingham Forest XI: Sels; Aina, Morato, Murillo, Moreno; Danilo, Yates, Sangare; Elanga, Awoniyi, Hudson-Odoi
Subs: Hennessey, Williams, Anderson, Gibbs-White, Wood, Dominguez, Jota, Sosa, Boly
