David Beckham will travel to Valencia to "watch" his new side Paris Saint-Germain in action tomorrow night.

Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that David Beckham will travel with his new teammates for their Champions League clash against Valencia tomorrow evening.

It was confirmed earlier today that the former England captain would play no part in the tie because he is lacking in match fitness following his recent arrival in the French capital.

However, Ancelotti has revealed that the 37-year-old will be at the Mestalla to "watch" his side in action.

"Beckham will come tomorrow to watch the match," the Italian boss told reporters.

Ancelotti went on to hint that Beckham could make his debut for the Parisians at the weekend against Sochaux.
