Arsenal in for £6m John Ruddy?

Arsenal may look to make a £6m bid for Norwich City goalkeeper John Ruddy, according to a report in the press.

Arsenal could be looking to make a £6m bid for Norwich City goalkeeper John Ruddy, according to a report in the press.

The Daily Mail has suggested that Arsene Wenger may attempt to sign the 27-year-old stopper to provide competition for Wojciech Szczesny.

It is thought that Ruddy's top-flight experience puts him in a better position than Arsenal's other target Alex McCarthy, who currently plays for Championship side Reading.

Arsenal finished the 2013-14 Premier League season in fourth position in the table.
