Jores Okore predicts early return

Aston Villa defender Jores Okore claims that he could make his return from a serious knee injury earlier than expected.

Aston Villa defender Jores Okore has claimed that he could return from a serious knee injury earlier than expected.

It was thought that the 21-year-old Dane would be sidelined for the rest of the season after suffering ligament damage back in September.

However, he could now make his comeback during the final few weeks of the campaign.

"People are asking when I'm back playing. I'll be back playing in two to three months' time," Okore tweeted.

Okore joined Villa in the summer on a four-year deal from Danish side FC Nordsjaelland.
