Barcelona forward Lionel Messi has said that he would like to see Spain win Euro 2012.
Messi, who claims that he has not been following the tournament, denies having a clear favourite. However, he admits that he would like to see his Barcelona teammates succeed with the Spanish national side.
"I admit that I have not been following the European Championship," he said.
"I do not have a clear favourite. But I would like Spain to win because of the teammates I have there."
Spain take on France at the Donbass Arena in Donetsk tonight.
