Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Barcelona could line up for Thursday's La Liga clash with Las Palmas.

Barcelona are expected to be without five players when they make the trip to Gran Canaria for Thursday's La Liga meeting with Las Palmas.

Former Las Palmas midfielder Pedri is among Barcelona's absentees, with the 21-year-old set to miss a second straight game due to a muscle injury.

The Spain international is joined on the sidelines by Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Inigo Martinez, Marcos Alonso and Gavi.

Goalkeeper Inaki Pena will continue to deputise in Ter Stegen's absence, while Joao Cancelo and Alejandro Balde will operate as the two full-backs.

After dropping down to the bench for the 3-2 win against Almeria, Jules Kounde is set to line up in central defence alongside Uruguay international Ronald Araujo.

Sergi Roberto netted a brace in the narrow victory over La Liga's basement side, and as a reward for his efforts, he is expected to keep his place in the side.

Dutch midfielder Frenkie de Jong will return from a one-match suspension to join Roberto and Ilkay Gundogan in the middle of the park.

With Atletico Madrid loanee Joao Felix struggling for consistency, Ferran Torres is knocking on the door to make his eighth league start of the season.

Should the former Manchester City man get the nod, he will line up in a front three alongside Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski.

Barcelona possible starting lineup: Pena; Cancelo, Araujo, Kounde, Balde; Roberto, De Jong, Gundogan; Raphinha, Torres, Lewandowski
