Steven Nzonzi has been left out of Blackburn Rovers' pre-season trip to Austria as doubt over his Ewood Park future grows.
According to the Lancashire Telegraph, Steve Kean is determined not to let the 23-year-old's situation unsettle his squad as they look for an immediate return to the Premier League.
Nzonzi has made a big impact since his move from Amiens SC in 2009, which led the Lancashire outfit to pin him down to a five-year contract just a year later.
However, the Frenchman is reportedly keen to leave Rovers following their relegation to the Championship last season.
Arsenal, Stoke City and Borussia Dortmund are all believed to be keeping tabs on the combative midfielder, who has represented his country at Under-21 level.
Blackburn are thought to rate Nzonzi around the £10m mark.
