Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: 'Winning the derby is like having an orgasm'

Borussia Dortmund attacker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang compares his side's derby victory over Schalke to "having an orgasm".

Borussia Dortmund forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has compared Saturday's victory over rivals Schalke 04 to "having an orgasm".

The Gabon international broke the deadlock in the 78th minute, leading to a 3-0 victory and three points which see Dortmund climb up to 10th in the Bundesliga table.

"To win a derby is like having an orgasm and I can tell you that it was very hot," Aubameyang admitted, according to Goal.com.

"We had a lot of opportunities; we could have killed the game in the second half. I had a lot of opportunities. They could have killed me if I didn't score!

"It's the first time the speaker shouted my name three times. It was crazy. We played our best game of the season, which was was great."

Jurgen Klopp's side now trail fourth-placed Bayer Leverkusen by eight points, giving the Champions League side hope of retaining their place in Europe's elite competition next season.
