Chris Hughton delighted by new Rohan Ince deal

Brighton boss Chris Hughton admits that he is "delighted" by Rohan Ince's decision to sign a three-year contract extension at the Amex Stadium.

Brighton & Hove Albion boss Chris Hughton has revealed that he is "delighted" by Rohan Ince's decision to sign a new deal with the club.

The midfielder, 22, penned a three-year contract extension with the Seagulls on Friday.

Hughton is hopeful that the youngster can improve further at the Amex Stadium during the coming years.

"We are delighted that Rohan has signed his new long-term contract," he told the club's official website. "As a club, we are determined to hold on to our young players – as we did with Lewis Dunk during the transfer window.

"Since arriving at the club Rohan has had good involvement in the first team, but is still very much in his development years and we are certain there is more to come from him."

Brighton continue their Championship campaign on September 12 when they host Hull City.
