Half-Time Report: Blackpool two goals down against Cardiff City

Cardiff City are in pole position against Blackpool at half time thanks to goals from Joe Mason and Eoin Doyle.

Goals from Joe Mason and Eoin Doyle have put Cardiff City 2-0 ahead against already-relegated Blackpool at half time.

The game started quietly until Mason put the home side in front. Doyle's cross found the striker via a deflection and the Irishman turned in the box to rifle the ball home.

Joe Ralls then had to replaced after an earlier knock, with Stuart O'Keefe replacing him.

Doyle doubled Cardiff's lead by sending Elliot Parish the wrong way from the penalty spot, after Henry Cameron fouled Aron Gunnarsson in the area.
