Chelsea to swoop for Atletico Madrid's Diego Costa?

Chelsea are reportedly planning a move for prolific Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa.

Chelsea are reportedly planning a move for Atletico Madrid star Diego Costa.

The Brazilian-born forward has attracted attention from a number of clubs having scored 23 goals in 22 appearances for the Spanish outfit this season.

According to the Daily Star, Costa, who is said to have a £32m buyout clause in his contract, is aware of Chelsea's interest.

Reports have claimed that the Blues could have an advantage as Costa is represented by Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho's agent Jorge Mendes.

Arsenal have also been linked with a move for the prolific hitman.
