The hosts will feature Lucas Biglia, who played in the Biancocelesti's 3-2 victory over nine-man Saint-Etienne on Thursday.
Lazio, who have not conceded a home goal in 227 minutes, will also have Brazilian Felipe Anderson in their starting lineup.
Meanwhile, Frosinone, who will look to end Lazio's record of scoring in their last 11 home games, start with Daniel Ciofani and Luca Paganini in attack.
