A David Nugent double gives Leicester City a narrow half-time advantage over Hull City at the King Power Stadium.

David Nugent struck his second and third goals of the week to give Leicester City a narrow lead at the half-way stage against Hull City at the King Power Stadium.

The 27-year-old, who scored his 100th career league goal in Wednesday's 2-1 win over Burnley, broke the deadlock on seven minutes with a low left-footed drive from 12 yards.

Jay Simpson levelled the scores on 26 minutes, but Nugent restored his side's advantage with a well-placed header three minutes before the break.

Leicester have registered four shots, compared to their opponents' two.
