Manuel Pellegrini has claimed that Barcelona should fear his Manchester City side when they meet in the last 16 of the Champions League.
City were drawn against the Spanish giants on Monday after finishing in second place in Group D.
"I think Barcelona will be very concerned that they have drawn us. They are not the team of two years ago," he told reporters.
"The Bayern Munich [win] has given us a lot of confidence. We are improving every day and we must continue to improve."
City are back in action on Tuesday night when they travel to Leicester City in the League Cup quarter-finals.
