Crystal Palace have reportedly entered the race to complete a deal for Manchester United full-back Ashley Young this month.
The 34-year-old is said to be on the verge of completing a move to Inter Milan, with manager Antonio Conte desperate to add experience to his side.
United have responded by offering Young, whose current deal expires in June, a one-year bumper contract, but the Englishman has refused.
According to The Sun, both Palace and Serie A side Lazio have launched their own bids to complete a deal for Young.
Palace boss Roy Hodgson is a big admirer of Young and believes that he can offer the player regular first-team football at Selhurst Park.
Young's main reason for leaving comes down to a lack of minutes under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, with Brandon Williams excelling in the left-back role.
