Newcastle United's Moussa Sissoko "open to all proposals"

Moussa Sissoko's agent suggests that the French international midfielder would consider leaving Newcastle United this summer after only 18 months at the club.

The agent of Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko has hinted that the French international would be open to leaving St James' Park this summer.

The Magpies are expected to be active in recruiting when the transfer window reopens, after a second half of the season in which they won only five Premier League games following the sale of Yohan Cabaye.

However, it appears as though they could be battling to keep hold of another one of their prized assets, with Sissoko's agent Frederic Guerra suggesting that the 24-year-old could follow Cabaye out of Newcastle.

"He has only a year and a half on his contract at Newcastle and we are open to all proposals," he told Eurosport.

Sissoko, who has been included in France's final 23-man squad for the World Cup in Brazil this summer, only joined United from Toulouse in January 2013, and has since made 56 appearances.
