Nottingham Forest's Jack Hobbs out for up to four weeks

Nottingham Forest manager Dougie Freedman reveals that club captain Jack Hobbs is set for another spell on the sidelines because of a hamstring injury.

Nottingham Forest defender Jack Hobbs could miss up to a month of action with a hamstring injury suffered in the 4-4 draw at Blackpool on Saturday.

Club captain Hobbs, who was out between mid-September and January with a knee injury, made just his 11th start of the season at Bloomfield Road.

He could now miss up to six games, but Forest boss Dougie Freedman has been boosted by the returns of other centre-backs Kelvin Wilson and Michael Mancienne.

"Hopefully in three or four weeks time [Hobbs] will be fine," Freedman told the Nottingham Post.

"He will be out for around that length of time. But Kelvin Wilson is back in training and Michael Mancienne will be as well."

Forest are 10th in the Championship and next face Freedman's former club Bolton Wanderers on Saturday.
