Julian Draxler is fit to start for Schalke against Real Madrid in the Champions League.

Schalke 04 playmaker Julian Draxler has been passed fit for tonight's Champions League last-16 first leg against Real Madrid.

The German international has overcome a recent thigh problem to feature tonight and joins Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Kevin-Prince Boateng in the hosts' starting lineup.

Visitors Madrid make one change to their starting lineup as Daniel Carvajal gets the nod ahead of Alvaro Arbeloa at right-back.

Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema make up the front three.
