Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez returns to training ahead of Saturday's Club World Cup final.

Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez has returned to training ahead of Saturday's Club World Cup final.

The Colombian missed Tuesday's semi-final against Cruz Azul – which Real Madrid won 4-1 – with a calf problem.

However, the World Cup star was present during the club's training session on Wednesday morning and is expected to be fit for the weekend.

Los Blancos will face either Auckland City or San Lorenzo in the final of the prestigious competition on Saturday evening.
