Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy will reportedly not allow Harry Kane to join Manchester City this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is reportedly ready to reject Manchester City's interest in Harry Kane to keep the England captain in North London for one more season.

Man City are keen to sign the 28-year-old during this summer's transfer window, while Kane is thought to have made it clear that he wants to join the Premier League champions.

However, according to The Times, the forward is set to spend one more year at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with Levy determined to keep hold of him.

The report claims that Spurs feel Man City have left it too late in the transfer window, as Nuno Espirito Santo's side would struggle to sign a replacement at this stage.

Kane is expected to be in the squad for Sunday's Premier League clash with Pep Guardiola's side but could be named on the bench, having only just returned to the club following a holiday.

The striker, who scored four times in seven appearances for his country at Euro 2020, still has three years left to run on his contract in the English capital.
