Sam Allardyce: 'Mark Noble stay benefits all of us at West Ham United'

West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce says that the club want to keep producing talent from their academy following Mark Noble's decision to sign a new contract.

West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce believes that Mark Noble's decision to extend his time at the club is "good for everyone".

The 27-year-old, who worked his way into the first team from the academy ranks, has signed a new contract that runs until 2020.

In this morning's press conference, Allardyce said: "Mark Noble is born and bred, he's been here all his career. Extending his time here is good for everyone.

"He loves the area, he loves the fans and he's West Ham through and through, so it's great news. What's more is he's come through the academy, like James Tomkins, and we want to produce more players. That's what we're striving for."

Noble has made more than 300 appearances for the Hammers.
