Wolfsburg midfielder Ivica Olic is said to be on the brink of making a return to his former club Hamburger SV.
The 35-year-old has revealed that he has agreed personal terms with the club and could seal the move in time to feature against Cologne in Saturday's Bundesliga fixture.
"I'm pleased that we've found a solution," he told Kicker. "I think all sides are happy. Now I'm looking forward to Hamburg, which is another challenge for me once again.
"I'm 35 and have had a good preparation and I'm ready to play against Cologne."
The news has fuelled rumours that Chelsea's Andre Schurrle is on course to join Wolfsburg following reports that the striker has discussed terms with the club.
