Brazil manager Mano Menezes has opted to rest star trio Oscar, Hulk and Alexandre Pato for his side's final Group C match against New Zealand this afternoon.

The Samba nation have already qualified for the quarter-finals ahead of the clash at St James' Park.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Sandro and Manchester United full-back Rafael make up the Premier League contingent in the starting XI.

Opponents New Zealand include Queens Park Rangers defender Ryan Nelsen in their side, while there is also a start for young West Bromwich Albion striker Chris Wood.

Brazil: Gabriel, Rafael, Silva, Jesus, Marcelo; Sandro, Lucas, Danilo, Alex; Neymar, Leandro.

New Zealand: O'Keeffe; Payne, Hogg, Nelsen, Smith; Barbarouses, McGlinchey, Thomas, Rojas; Smeltz, Wood.
