Ipswich Town are reportedly close to completing the signing of Colchester United midfielder Anthony Wordsworth.
The 24-year-old, who is regarded as one of the best attacking talents in League One, is free to talk to other clubs with his current contract expiring at the end of the season.
A host of Championship clubs have reportedly registered an interest, but according to Sky Sports News, a deal with Ipswich has now been struck.
Woodsworth, who has made almost 200 appearances to the Essex outfit, will reportedly complete a medical this week.
