Diego Colotto: 'Espanyol are ready for busy schedule'

Diego Colotto insists that Espanyol are ready for the upcoming busy schedule in La Liga.

Espanyol defender Diego Colotto has insisted that the Spanish outfit are ready for the upcoming busy schedule in La Liga.

The Catalan outfit, who have taken five points from their first three games, play four times in the next 15 days, starting with a trip to Granada on Sunday.

"For several years there has been this discussion of scheduling, games and other things and it is something that is handed by the television companies and we abide by their decisions," Colotto told reporters at a press conference.

"These are 15 days that are very important, with four games, and we intend to go step by step, with the plan to pick up points in each."

Colotto joined Espanyol from Deportivo La Coruna in 2012.
