Report: Former Liverpool striker Robbie Fowler keen on Peterborough United job

Former Liverpool striker Robbie Fowler is reportedly keen on making the vacant Peterborough United job his first one in management.

Former Liverpool and England striker Robbie Fowler has reportedly expressed an interest in becoming Peterborough United's new manager.

League One Posh sacked Dave Robertson on Sunday and are yet to fill the post, with Grant McCann in caretaker charge for tomorrow's match against Oldham Athletic.

According to BBC Radio Cambridgeshire, Fowler, who has coached at first-team level with MK Dons, is keen on moving into management for the first time.

Former Norwich City defender Ian Culverhouse is also said to be interested in the post.
