Watford defender Gabriele Angella has had the red card handed to him against Bournemouth last week rescinded by the Football Association.
Angella was dismissed after just 26 seconds when he was adjudged to have been the last defender when committing a foul against Callum Wilson, despite a teammate appearing to be covering the Italian.
The decision was branded "a joke" by head coach Slavisa Jokanovic, and the Hornets revealed on Monday that they had appealed for the red card to be wiped out.
After reviewing the decision, the FA have opted to rescind the red card, meaning that Angella is now available to face Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
