Atalanta earn late win over Lazio

Atalanta make it three straight wins in Serie A with a late 2-1 victory at home to Lazio.

Atalanta have picked up their third straight win in Serie A with a late 2-1 victory at home to Lazio.

The hosts took the lead just before half time when Luca Cigarini fired past Federico Marchetti from the edge of the penalty area.

The visitors then got themselves on level terms in the 53rd minute thanks to Brayan Perea's simple finish.

However, Atalanta earned the victory with just five minutes remaining as Denis rounded Marchetti before slotting the ball into the empty net.
