Marc Bartra confident of progression

Barcelona centre-back Marc Bartra says that his side will "give everything" to overcome Atletico Madrid in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-finals.

Barcelona centre-back Marc Bartra is confident that the Catalan outfit will advance from the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final with Atletico Madrid.

Atletico are the slight favourites to make the semi-finals following a 1-1 draw in the first leg at the Camp Nou on Tuesday evening.

However, Barta has insisted that his side will "give everything" to turn the tie around next week.

"1-1 isn't the best result, but we reacted well after their goal," he told reporters after the match.

"Atletico have a great team. We'll give everything to turn this around."

Bartra was introduced after just 11 minutes last night due to an injury to Gerard Pique.
