Andre Gomes has reportedly been left out of the Barcelona squad for their pre-season tour of the United States.
The Spanish champions will take on Tottenham Hotspur in their first pre-season match on July 29, before also facing Roma and AC Milan in the International Champions Cup.
However, according to Diario Sport, Gomes will play no part for the Catalan giants having been omitted from Ernesto Valverde's squad.
The Portuguese only moved to Barcelona from Valencia in the summer of 2016, but has struggled to settle in Catalonia.
The 24-year-old did make 31 appearances in all competitions for the Spanish champions last season, although he found it difficult to win a spot in Valverde's starting XI, and featured in just 16 La Liga games last term.
Premier League clubs Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and West Ham United have all been credited with an interest in the versatile midfielder.
