West Ham United are reportedly in talks with Barcelona over a loan move for Clement Lenglet.
The 26-year-old established himself as a key member of Ronald Koeman's backline last term, starting 29 La Liga games and featuring 48 times in total across all competitions.
However, with the Blaugrana desperately trying to offload some of their big earners this summer, Lenglet is one of many players in Catalonia who could face the axe.
Everton are believed to be considering a swoop for the centre-back, but according to journalist Ekrem Konur, West Ham have now opened talks over a loan deal.
Konur adds that the deal does not include an option or obligation to buy, and Everton have also followed up their interest to enter negotiations with the Blaugrana.
Lenglet still has another five years left to run on his Barcelona contract, and he started just one game for France at Euro 2020 - their last-16 defeat to Switzerland - but was hauled off at half time.
