Team News: Orlando Sa, Paul McShane among Reading debutantes at Birmingham City

Reading hand debuts to Jonathan Bond, Paul McShane, Stephen Quinn and Orlando Sa at Birmingham City.

Reading have handed debuts to four players as they start their Championship campaign away at Birmingham City this afternoon.

New goalkeeper Jonathan Bond starts between the sticks, while veteran defender Paul McShane starts as captain.

Stephen Quinn gets the nod on the left wing, while new striker Orlando Sa starts up front.

Birmingham have also handed a debut to a new keeper, as ex-Manchester United man Tomas Kuszczak starts.

Midfielders Jon Toral and Maikel Kieftenbeld also make their first starts for the club, while Demarai Gray starts behind Clayton Donaldson.
