Sean Dyche: 'No concerns over focus of Danny Ings'

Burnley manager Sean Dyche insists that he is not concerned about the focus of Danny Ings during the closing stages of the season.

Burnley manager Sean Dyche has insisted that there are no concerns about the focus of Danny Ings heading into the final six Premier League games.

Ings is set to become a free agent in the summer, and the striker has already been linked with moves to Manchester United, Liverpool and Real Sociedad.

However, Dyche claims that the speculation will not distract his top scorer as the Clarets look to climb out of the bottom three.

"Every player has the freedom to express themselves and he has expressed himself," the Burnley boss told reporters. "I have no problem with that whatsoever. It's modern football.

"Everyone was talking the other week that he was seen on a plane going somewhere, it's within the rules. There's no skulduggery. You could say he's just being honest.

"He's a young man who's working hard in training, he's working hard on the pitch, he's working hard to play, he's working hard to be in the Premier League. That's all you can ask that they work hard. You can't ask any more."

Burnley host Leicester City at Turf Moor on Saturday afternoon.
