Fraser Forster has admitted that he was flattered by speculation that has credited Chelsea with an interest in his services.
It was claimed last month that the Blues had identified the Southampton and England goalkeeper as a potential replacement for Thibaut Courtois, who has been tipped to move to Spain.
However, despite having provided a positive response to the rumour, Forster insisted that his sole focus is on performing well for club and country.
"I think it is a compliment in many ways because if you are being linked with teams then you are obviously doing the right things," he told Sky Sports News.
"I have two years left on my contract at Southampton and I have loved my time here. I can't thank the club enough for the way they have stood by me when I was injured.
"I'm just concentrating on the day-to-day business here at the club and then hopefully I can have a good summer with England."
The 28-year-old joined Southampton from Scottish outfit Celtic in 2014.
