Derby County manager Nigel Clough has said that he will make enquiries about potential loan targets next week.
The emergency loan window opened on Friday and Clough has admitted that he would like to strengthen his Rams squad.
"We will get this weekend's game out of the way and then make a couple of enquiries," Sky Sports News quotes Clough as saying.
"We would like to have a look at a couple of players before the end of the season, if possible.
"If it is not possible, we will keep watching them at their respective clubs and make a judgement from there."
Derby travel to Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday in the Championship.
