Bristol City move for Fulham striker Matt Smith?

League One leaders Bristol City are reportedly keen on signing Fulham target-man Matt Smith on loan.

League One leaders Bristol City have reportedly expressed an interest in signing Matt Smith on loan from Fulham.

The target-man, 25, joined the Cottagers from Leeds United in September, but has made just one start since.

Under new Fulham boss Kit Symons he has found playing time limited behind the likes of Ross McCormack and Hugo Rodallega.

According to Football League World, Robins boss Steve Cotterill is keen on adding Smith to his ranks before tomorrow's loan deadline as they look to get back to winning ways after two straight defeats.
