The Commissioner for Major League Soccer Don Garber believes that David Beckham will leave America in search of a new club.
The former England captain has been linked with a switch to Paris Saint-Germain following the expiration of the midfielder's contract at Los Angeles Galaxy.
"I hope he remains in Major League Soccer and continues his career in the United States. Sitting here today I'm not sure that will happen," Sky Sports News quotes Garber as saying.
"It's been a great five-year experience for us, he's delivered on all the expectations that we've had."
Previous reports claimed that Premier League sides Queens Park Rangers and Tottenham Hotspur were interested in the former Real Madrid star, but Beckham has stated that a return to England is unlikely.
