Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly not planning to move for Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong during this summer's transfer window.
The 26-year-old's future is again the subject of much speculation, with Barcelona under pressure to make a big sale in the upcoming market due to their financial situation.
Ronald Araujo could allegedly be made available for transfer, but De Jong would also be capable of raising a high transfer fee, and the Dutchman only has little over two years left to run on his contract.
Manchester United and Bayern Munich are again being linked with his services, but it had also been suggested that PSG were planning a big-money move.
The Paris giants are expected to be active this summer, as they are set to lose Kylian Mbappe on a free transfer to Real Madrid, which will allow the club to make huge savings moving forward.

PSG 'not planning summer move for Frenkie de Jong'
However, according to Sport, despite the speculation, Luis Enrique's side are not planning to move for the Netherlands international during the upcoming market.
The report claims that the midfielder 'is liked in Paris', but the club are focusing on bringing in a replacement for Mbappe, with Napoli's Victor Osimhen viewed as the leading target in that area of the field.
De Jong is allegedly yet to make a final decision on his future, with the midfielder open to discussing a new deal, but he has not ruled out a departure during the summer market.
The ex-Ajax youngster has been with Barcelona since July 2019, and he has represented the Catalan side on 212 occasions in all competitions, scoring 17 goals and registering 21 assists in the process.

Will Man United or Bayern move for Frenkie de Jong?
Barcelona will only consider selling De Jong if they receive a huge fee for his services.
The midfielder's future is also likely to be related to what happens with Araujo, as the centre-back is said to be available for transfer.
There will not be exits for both players this summer, with only one major sale likely to occur, and there will not be any firm decisions until the end of the campaign.
The situation is also complicated by the fact that head coach Xavi is leaving Barcelona, while Erik ten Hag's future as Man United boss is far from clear.
Bayern are also searching for a new manager, with Thomas Tuchel on his way out, so it remains to be seen what the Bundesliga giants have planned for this summer.
As it stands, it seems more likely that Araujo will leave rather than De Jong, but a big-money bid for the Dutchman would be difficult to turn down during a vital summer for Barcelona.
