Paul Mullin pens Morecambe extension

Morecambe striker Paul Mullin pens a new contract with the Shrimps just two months after signing for the League Two outfit.

Morecambe striker Paul Mullin has signed a new contract with the Shrimps.

The former Liverpool youngster has impressed since joining the Lancashire outfit in the summer, scoring three goals in seven games to help them to third place in League Two.

Mullin's initially one signed a one-year deal with the club, but has now committed himself to them until 2017.

The 19-year-old joined Morecambe after a successful trial period in pre-season, having been released by Huddersfield Town.
