Nuri Sahin: 'Borussia Dortmund should have scored'

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Nuri Sahin believes that the team should have scored during their Champions League match against Real Madrid.

Nuri Sahin has said that Borussia Dortmund should have scored during the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final against Real Madrid.

The Bundesliga side had a number of chances during the match, but lost 3-0 to the Spanish club.

The midfielder told reporters: "We had a lot of counter-attacks and should have scored at least one goal, maybe even two or three. We weren't clever enough in order to get a result here. You don't get a lot of chances against Real."

The second leg takes place next Tuesday.
